Includes a tool to assist in changing the strap. #9665/12999. I did not take off plastic for pictures so sorry for the unclear photos on request will take photos if you need them feel free to ask! There is Damage to the outer carboard box but the metal holding box is great and will clean nicely. The watch its self is still in original plastic. On the Extra band there is a small crack on the back side and i tried to show it in the photos, on the front of the band it is noticeable as well.
