new batteries. takes one for each digital and analog. fired up, but you can see theres either some corrosion or water damage on the lower half. i think it can be cleaned up. spent half a day researching this item and couldnt find anything on it. its made in usa which was rare for this type, as all of the acg models with similar case types are made in china. makes me think its a rare special issue.
